Molly Johnsen's book gives us 15 easy to follow recipes for cakes that use no gluten. The cakes sound delicious although I have not yet had a chance to make any of them. The use of non gluten ingredients is ingenious and includes some that I would not have thought of.This book seems to intended mainly for an American readership, and uses abbreviations for American cooing volume measures. I have enough familiarity with the American weights and measures system to understand what Molly means, but not everyone outside America would. My one suggestion for improvement of the book would be to add a short explanation of what the abbreviations mean and conversions to more widely known measurement systems.
Despite this very minor point, I would still recommend this book not only to people who have to avoid gluten, but also to all cake lovers.

I love this e-book. I am gluten-free and always looking for new ways of baking. These 15 recipes seem very easy to make and require very few ingredients.
I don't have a problem with ciliac disease, but have friends who do. This has some of the most delicious cake recipes that you can't tell they're gluten free.
This is a no-nonsense, straight-to-the-point book filled with delicious-sounding recipes. My only problem with this book is that I can't decide which one to try first. Hmmm...maybe the Innovative Black Bean Fudge Cake.
